I immensely enjoy working with Nikki. She keeps our sessions new and fresh and never loses the personal goals that I’m working towards. She is very conscious of good form and having fun at all times. What I appreciate most is that during our training sessions she is always focused on the client and creates a session that will be challenging and successful. I walk away feeling proud of what I accomplished and glad for putting in the time with her. Since training with Nikki I’ve increased my overall strength, continue to meet my personal goals and have been injury free. I had difficulty climbing stairs, let alone completing a one hour outdoor cycling ride before I met Nikki. After training with her for 7 months, I completed the Alp d’huez in France.
